1/4 | cup | onion, finely minced | |

1/3 | cup | salsa | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | corn chips, finely crushed | |
|
|||
2 | lbs. | ground beef | |
|
|||
8 | (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed | ||

Toppings: | |||
tomatoes, chopped | |||
|
|||
ripe olives, chopped | |||
|
|||
cheddar cheese, shredded | |||
|
|||
lettuce, shredded | |||
|

salsa | |||

|
In a bowl, combine eggs, green chilis, onion, salsa, salt, pepper and garlic. Add chips and beef; mix well. Shape into eight patties.
Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Wrap burgers and desired toppings in tortillas.
